NAVIGATION - MENUS
FRAMES are used frequently for menus and navigation. Here is a popular design.
In this design, the left hand portion of the browsers window is a menu. The menu contains links (URLs) to pages on your website.
To make this happen we first create a menu webpage. We then create a frame set. The left frame contains the URL of the menu and the right side contains the main page or page associated with a link on the menu.
